Booking availability, fees, eligibility and service suitability are confirmed through the practice’s booking and enquiry process.
Please keep your enquiry brief and do not include clinical history, sensitive health information or referral documents. We can arrange an appropriate way to receive these if needed. This contact channel is not monitored for emergencies.
General enquiries
Information to have ready for your appointment:
- Medicare Clients: A digital copy or photo of your GP Mental Health Treatment Plan and GP referral letter.
- NDIS Participants: Your NDIS participant number and Plan Manager billing contact details (if plan-managed).
- Private Clients: No referral letter is required to commence.
